The rotary recycling cleaning system is an assembly line that integrates the functions of tableware rotary recycling, food residue treatment, tableware conveying, cleaning and drying, etc. It is suitable for large group dining canteens with 1000-2000 people. It is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation to ensure the cleanliness of tableware .

Features

The system consists of a throwing cabinet, a rotary tableware recycling machine, a chain conveyor belt, a food residue collection sink, a food residue processor, and flight type dishwasher.

1.The multi-layer recycling frame design of the rotary recycling machine has a large recycling volume, which avoids the accumulation of tableware and improves the efficiency of tableware recycling.

2.The circulating water flow of food residue collection sink, can automatically rush the food residue to the food residue processor, and the staff can continuously pour the food residue on the spot, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

3. The food residue processor can process 600kg of residue per hour, and the processing capacity is large. The volume reduction rate of the residue can reach 80%. It has the characteristics of slag crushing, solid-liquid separation, filtration cycle and so on.

4. The dishwasher is composed of six basic modules: inlet, pre-wash, main wash, double- rinsing, drying, and outlet,which is equipped with PLC control system, touch screen operation .

Product use process

1. The diners put the chopsticks and spoons and other small items in the whole tableware into the throwing cabinet, and put the tray with the dishes on the rotating recovery frame

2. After the tableware is transferred into the washing area by the rotary recycling machine, the food residue after meals is manually poured into the sink, and then enters the food residue processor for slag crushing , solid-liquid separation , and filtration cycle .

3. The tray with the dishes is passed along the conveyor belt to the entrance of the dishwasher to wash and dry.
